Full Journal pdf1995-04-05 House Journal Page 1034 HB 27 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 973) on the following at this time: 1995-04-05 House Journal Page 1035 HB 27 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 27(FIN) am "An Act directing the Department of Public Safety to establish and maintain a deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) identification registration system and requiring DNA registration by persons convicted of a felony crime against a person and of minors 16 years of age or older who are adjudicated a delinquent for an act that would be a felony crime against a person if committed by an adult; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 27(JUD) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 27(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 27(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 27(FIN) am?"
